Creative Europe Grants Fair (11.11.2025, Kyiv)
On November 11, 2025, Kyiv hosted the Seventh International Culture Grant Fair. The event was organized by the Creative Europe Desk Ukraine with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and the “Restoring Ukraine Together” project (implemented by the ANTS Network with EU financial support), in partnership with “Civic Space” and “Hromadske Radio.”
The forum served as a major networking hub, bringing together over 500 representatives of cultural and creative organizations from across Ukraine.
Core Focus Areas of the Fair:

Grant Support: An overview of funding opportunities from Ukrainian institutions, programs, and international donors.

European & International Programs: Updates on the latest calls for the cultural sector.

Professional Development: Workshops by Ukrainian and international organizations focused on effective grant-seeking strategies and project management.
The speaker lineup featured experts from prominent institutions, including the Creative Europe Desk Ukraine, the “Restoring Ukraine Together” project, the Agency for European Innovations, “House of Europe,” “EU4Culture,” the USAID “Competitive Economy of Ukraine” program, the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, the Ukrainian Book Institute, and the International Renaissance Foundation.
Kateryna ZHDANOVA, representing the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, joined the event to present the EU Erasmus+ Programme for 2021–2027. She detailed the key opportunities within the fields of education, youth, and sport. The presentation covered essential technical steps for participation, including:

Organizational Registration: Working with the Funding & Tenders Portal and obtaining PIC/OID codes.

Guidance Tools: Navigating the Programme Guide as the primary resource for applicants.

Project Initiation: Clear recommendations for organizations on initiating joint projects with European partners to address the current challenges of Ukraine’s post-war recovery.
The Grant Fair provided participants with a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and meet potential partners for future cross-sectoral projects combining culture, education, and social innovation.
